Lovely room with a free upgrade, amazing bathroom with a great rain shower. Staff were friendly and arranged extra treats for my birthday.

Felt almost like at home, nothing was too much trouble.

Every part of it was perfect, I liked location and amenities.

Everything was great, nothing too much trouble, I can recommend it. The staff were all approaching, and the room was exceptional with exceptional comfortable bed. Meals were fabulous, and there was The Alchemist near the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at a superb venue with perfect service. Arriving just in time for my goddaughter's wedding, the reception staff took our details, ushered us to the wedding room, and took care of our coats and luggage. The canapes and fizzy on the terrace bar were a good treat, and the dinner that followed was mouthwatering and served with a smile. The restaurant staff, especially Jonny, were hardworking and attentive throughout the whole afternoon. If you're looking for a special occasion in the heart of the city, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed staff and location, great beds and the hotel itself was clean. Everything was very good and within 22 minutes' drive of Manchester airport.

Thank you everyone for a brilliant stay for a different time. Our room was luxurious and well-appointed, equipped with a shower, a bathtub, as example. The location was brilliant, at a moderate distance from a neo-gothic library. Everything was simply very clean.

We had a romantic escape at this hotel and it was amazing. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, situated close to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered great facilities, such as fluffy towels and robes, and a huge shower that was perfect for a relaxing evening.

the mattress in our room was too soft for our liking, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The staff was brilliant, the hotel was clean and placed in an amazing part of the city near to the centre of the city and restaurants and all the bars.

This place was perfectly located in the centre of town. The service from the staff was incredible and we felt right at home. The room was stocked with everything we needed including tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning and a comfortable sitting area. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace and soaking in the heated swimming pool. Furthermore, the spa centre was the best and we had a great time receiving massages and beauty treatments.

Would recommend this venue to all.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of town, close to the main shopping area. The rooms are cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and picturesque bathrooms. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast included is delightful. The rooftop spa offers fantastic facilities and adds a special touch to the stay.

The initial check-in process could be improved, as there were delays in getting the room ready and no compensation for the wait.
